was well appointed clean warm and convenient, the property owner was attentive and easy to reach if we had any questions or concerns, she is friendly personable and knowledgeable about tampa, the owner lives next door and was very friendly helpful and quick to respond to any questions or concerns, she was welcoming and helpful in all aspects our 5 week stay, great location - very close to the ocean and downtown tampa, close to fishing pier bike trails publix target walgreens restaurants and easy access to bayshore boulevard, this place is a gem very quiet and safe neighborhood, i would recommend this to family and friends if they needed a place to stay in the area, There was one misunderstanding relating an upstairs apartment that was also for rent but not in the listing, Kitchen area is beautiful but the bedrooms and exterior could use some updating Wish we had known that one of the queen beds in a guest room was a blow up mattress, The fourth bedroom should state that it is an air mattress and a day bed, most of our time was spent grabbing quick coffee from the Keurig in the AM and hitting the road so not too much time was spent in the house or the pool, We enjoyed our The weather was perfect but not warm enough to swim (which was ok), This property has plenty of space and for us was in a great location, but I feel the description should say sleeps 4 with an airmatress available to accomodate 2 more, The water was very cold and no heater is available, The house is equipped with everything necessary including black-out curtains all kitchen appliances including a blender (A must for my daily shakes) & a fantastic pool, no good channels no instructions on how to work or channel breakdown wires hanging out of walls and closets, House was clean but it smelled like smoke, He was very accommodating and easy to work with, When contacted the owner asked us to go see one of the neighbours to get the pool cleaned, not homey at all rug dirty in living room, Location was great for being close to our family we were visiting, grill old and falling apart pond old dirty water full of bugs and tadpoles called owner was very very rude, The location is not had everything we needed for our short vacation would definitely stay here again, the location was perfect for what we wanted to do, its located in an older neighborhood but when we walked in we were
